Overwatch 2 Hero Pack Bundle Purchase Skins Not Delivered
Common Problems
- Hero Bundle listed as completed in transactions but I didn't get any skin.
- The heroes were granted for the bundle I bought but skins were not.
We have received reports of delays in Overwatch 2 skins being delivered and are investigating. If you do not see your skins delivered immediately in game, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Log out of the Overwatch 2 client and back in
- On PC, log out of the Battle.net Desktop App and the Overwatch 2 client and then back in
- Reset your account password
