Overwatch 2 PlayStation Plus Mega Bundle Not Delivered

I claimed my hero mega bundle through PS5 for PlayStation plus but I never got the heroesIf you are a PlayStation Plus member who did not receive your hero skins and tier skips after claiming it, please make sure to log back into your Overwatch 2 account on your Playstation console and play a match in any game mode. After the match, the skins should be available on all connected platforms.
If you have still not received your hero skins and tier skips after logging back into your Overwatch 2 account on your Playstation console, please contact support and include a copy/screenshot of your PlayStation plus order.
