Install Button Stuck on Spinning

Common Problems
I click on install for a game and the install button changes to the spinning Battle.net icon, but nothing else happens.This can be caused by something blocking the Battle.net App from writing information, or if the target drive does not have the required space available. To troubleshoot this issue:

Delete the Battle.net Tools folder to automatically rebuild outdated or corrupt files.

Try creating a new administrator account to resolve permissions issues.
- Troubleshoot any security programs that might be blocking the installation
