  1. Make sure you have the correct option selected from the Region / Account dropdown above the Play button on the Battle.net app.
  2. Run the repair tool to repair any damaged game files.
  3. Run a security scan to remove any viruses or malware infections.
Advanced Troubleshooting
  1. Try creating a new administrator account to resolve permissions issues.
  2. Your Windows Hosts file may contain incorrect entries. Check and reset any incorrect Hosts file entries.
  3. Old firmware on your modem and router can cause issues with complex game connections. Visit the manufacturer's website for instructions on how to apply firmware updates.
  4. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the game.
