Unable to start up 3D acceleration

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

1. Make sure your system meets the minimum system requirements.
2. Make sure your video card is supported on our World of Warcraft supported video cards article.
3. Update your drivers and operating system to resolve any compatibility issues.
4. Some crashes are caused by Overlay Incompatibilities if they aren't fully updated. If updating doesn't help, try disabling or uninstalling these programs.
5. Plugging your monitor into the wrong video output can lead to this error. Look for the same video output further down the back of the computer and try plugging your monitor into it.

If the previous troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the problem, you can ask the Blizzard player community for help on the tech support forums (if available) or other community gaming sites. Local computer or network technicians may also be able to help if you've exhausted all other resources.
