Common Problems
- I bought a Token from the Auction House in game but cannot redeem it for game-time or Battle.net Balance.
- I bought a Token from the character selection screen and now I cannot use it for game-time.
In order to use a Wow Token, please follow the steps in our Using a Wow Token article. Please have in mind that Tokens purchased in Wrath of the Lich King Classic cannot be currently used to add Battle.net Balance to the account.
