Did Not Receive BlizzCon Collection Code with BlizzCon Ticket
Common Problems
I didn't receive my BlizzCon Collection code with my ticketBlizzCon Collection codes were sent to the original purchaser of the BlizzCon tickets or to the AXS resell buyer. If you were the original purchaser or purchased a resell through AXS, check your email folders, including junk or spam folders, for an email from AXS.
If your ticket code was transferred to you, you will need to contact the original purchaser.
Customer Service cannot assist with missing BlizzCon Collection codes.
