Common Problems
- I can't transfer my character because of mail.
- I don't have mail but it says I cannot transfer because of mail.
In some instances completing quests or participating in in-game events will trigger an NPC to send your character mail. This mail is often intended to be delivered with a delay, and it will exist in your mailbox but be hidden from view until delivery is due.
