Missing Bloodsail Cosmetics After Completing Quest - Dressing the Part

- My character completed the Dressing the Part quest years ago but I do not have the Bloodsail Uniform transmogs.
- I'd like to get the Buccaneer's Uniform items back.
- I should have the Bloodsail transmog but it's missing.
