Can't Start Quest - To Valdrakken

If you are playing on your first character in Dragonflight, you will not be eligible to receive this quest from Kalecgos until you have completed the entire Azure Span portion of the campaign questline. If you are completing this on another character after you have unlocked the entire leveling campaign questline (through Thaldraszus) on a first character, you can pick up To Valdrakken on the scouting map at Wingrest Embassy if you are not currently in the middle of the campaign in a different zone. If you are already on a different zone questline, you must first complete that questline before being able to pick a new zone.
