Didn't Receive Overwatch League Cosmetics from 2022 Playoffs

I've been watching the OWL and received my tokens but I didn't get any additional reward (Lucio emote, etc.)Depending on the event, it can take a while for some cosmetics to be delivered. For the 2022 Playoffs, items could be earned between 2022-10-30 and 2022-11-04. These items were not delivered until 2022-11-15, as stated in the OWL Playoffs perks page.
Customer Support is not able to verify eligibility for OWL drops and cannot assist with this issue.
