I just made a purchase via Pix, but I don't see the product I bought availablePIX payments normally complete within 10 to 15 minutes. If over 24 hours have passed since you started the order and you have not received the item you purchased, please take a clear scan of photo of your emailed PIX receipt and open a ticket with us with the receipt attached.
