I receive this error when sending a friend request: "There was an error sending a friend request [error 3]"
You will receive this error when your account has social settings disabled. You can edit your social settings in your Battle.net Account Management page. If you are under the age of majority and your account is restricted by parental controls, only your parent or guardian will be able to edit these settings through the Parental Portal.
