Common Problems
- I was trading with another player, we had an agreement, and I was scammed
- I asked someone to mule items for me and they stole them
Note: In Diablo II (2000) or Diablo II: Resurrected, holding the CTRL button and clicking an item will automatically drop it on the ground. It does not link the item. In order to link an item, hold Shift and click on it while chat is open.
All item and gold trades in Diablo II: Resurrected are done at your own risk.
The game features a trade window that allows you to trade gold and items safely with other players. We do not recommend trading without using the trade window for any reason.
Consider the intentions of a player that does not want to use the safest method for both parties when making a trade.
Customer Support does not assist with scams in Diablo II: Resurrected.
