Selected a Reward from the Great Vault but Didn't Receive It
Common Problems
- I picked my weekly rewards but they don't appear in my bags
- I didn't receive the rewards from the Great Vault
There are no known issues with the Great Vault not providing the selected reward. If you can't find your item try using the search functionality on your Backpack, or try to reset your interface to ensure your item isn't being hidden by an addon.
