Didn't Receive Anniversary Gift On New Character

  • I created a new character during WoW's Anniversary, but didn't receive an anniversary package.

The Anniversary gift should arrive in your mailbox upon login during the Anniversary event. If you created a brand new character in Exile's Reach, you may not receive the package. If you didn't receive the Celebration Package, please submit a bug report. 

In the meantime, you can purchase the items from Historian Ma'di located in Caverns of Time.

Note that all the items in the Anniversary Gift are temporary and will only last as long as the Anniversary Event is active. You can check if the event is still active by looking at your in-game calendar. Once the event ends, the items will be removed from your inventory.
