Cannot Remove Authenticator due to Battle.net Balance Cap

Error: "Your Battle.net Balance exceeds the maximum allowed without an authenticator. If you want to remove your authenticator, please spend your balance or contact Customer Support."For security reasons, it is not possible to remove the Battle.net Authenticator from an account that has considerable Battle.net Balance on it. If you want to remove the Authenticator, and you receive this error, you must first spend some of the balance. If you want to replace the serial number with a new one, contact us.
