Common Problems
- I can't add balance to my account using a prepaid card.
- I want to add game time to my new account.
Trial Battle.net accounts aren't eligible to redeem Battle.net Balance or game time cards. If you want to add Balance or game time, finish setting up your account by adding contact information, selecting a secret question, and verifying your email address.
If you finished setting up your account and still can't add Balance or game time, contact us.
