Accidentally Traded Gold or Items to the Wrong Player
Common Problems
- I traded personal loot to the wrong toon. Can you give it to the right one?
- I traded gold to the wrong player and they refuse to return the gold.
- I meant to trade an item to my friend but mistakenly traded it to the wrong character.
Game Masters cannot return lost gold or items once a trade has been completed by both parties and the confirmation window has been accepted. It is not possible to retroactively undo a trade with another player.
If you suspect this trade was an intentional scam, we will investigate it. While Game Masters may not be able to restore any losses, we can take actions against confirmed scammers whenever possible.
