Common Problems
- I have promotional packs and don't know where to claim them.
- I am trying to claim a Hearthstone promotional pack but am receiving an error.
Promotional codes that grant free packs can be claimed up to a total of 15 packs per Hearthstone account.
Claiming Keys
- Enter the key on the Code Redemption page.
- Select the region for your packs.
You must install Hearthstone and complete the tutorial to receive your promotional packs.
If you attempt to claim card packs cross-region, you may experience a delay if the other region is offline or in maintenance. You'll receive the cards once the other region comes back online.
