Can I Play Cross Platform
Common Problems
- I have the game on PlayStation, can I also play it on PC?
- Can I transfer the data from my Xbox profile to the PC version?
- I purchased the game on Switch, can I transfer my data to my other console?
- I linked my Battle.net account to my console, but I don't see the option to import my save
Cross-Play and Cross-Progression are different features.
CROSS-PLAY
Cross-Play means that you can add friends who play on a different platform to your friends list and play together. For example, if you play on PC and your friend plays the same game on console, you can add each other as friends and play together.
Cross-Play is currently available in Call of Duty, Hearthstone, Diablo Immortal, Diablo IV, and Overwatch 2. For all other Battle.net games, players from each platform can only play with friends on the same platform.
CROSS-PROGRESSION
Cross-Progression allows you to play a game on PC, console, or mobile while keeping progress and collections across all devices. For paid games, Cross-Progression does not mean that you can buy a game for one platform and then play it on any platform; you are still required to buy the game for each platform.
Cross-Progression is currently available in Call of Duty, Hearthstone, Diablo Immortal, Diablo IV, Diablo II: Resurrected, and Overwatch 2.
