Diablo® III Console game servers are not hosted by Blizzard. If you can't connect to the Diablo III game servers, review the following:
- The Diablo III console servers may be offline.
- There may be an issue with your console’s internet connection. Troubleshoot your internet connection by following steps provided by Microsoft® or Sony®:
Note: Xbox users must have an Xbox LIVE® Gold Membership in order to play Diablo III online.
