Warcraft Rumble Performance Issues and Crashes

Warcraft Rumble crashes
Warcraft Rumble is running slow and choppy

Before you troubleshoot this issue, check the Warcraft Rumble System Requirements to make sure your device hardware meets the minimum requirements.

Make sure the game is up to date.
Restart the game (game needs to be fully closed - typically done by swiping an app upward).
Restart the device.
Try clearing the Warcraft Rumble app's cache data.
1. Navigate to the Warcraft Rumble app settings, press Clear Cache then relaunch the app. If the problem remains, move to step 2.
2. Navigate to the Warcraft Rumble app settings, press Clear Data then relaunch the app.
  Note: Clear Data restores the app to its default state. You will not lose any information in Warcraft Rumble.
Uninstall and reinstall the game.
- IMPORTANT - If you are on a guest account, please upgrade to a full account before attempting this, otherwise it could result in the loss of the account. If unable to upgrade, please do not perform this step.
