Warcraft Rumble Performance Issues and Crashes (Mobile)

Common Problems
- Warcraft Rumble crashes
- Warcraft Rumble is running slow and choppy

Before you troubleshoot this issue, check the Warcraft Rumble System Requirements to make sure your device hardware meets the minimum requirements.
- Make sure the game is up to date.
- Restart the game (game needs to be fully closed - typically done by swiping an app upward).
- Restart the device.
- Try clearing the Warcraft Rumble app's cache data.
- Navigate to the Warcraft Rumble app settings, press Clear Cache then relaunch the app. If the problem remains, move to step 2.
- Navigate to the Warcraft Rumble app settings, press Clear Data then relaunch the app.
Note: Clear Data restores the app to its default state. You will not lose any information in Warcraft Rumble.
- Uninstall and reinstall the game.
- IMPORTANT - If you are on a guest account, please upgrade to a full account before attempting this, otherwise it could result in the loss of the account. If unable to upgrade, please do not perform this step.
- Make sure the game is up to date.

- Restart the device.
- Uninstall and reinstall the game.
