Documentation Submission Guidelines
When submitting documentation, the copy of the document must be recognizable. We do not require a crisp detailed image.
The following information must be clearly visible:
- First & Last Name
- Address
- Date of Birth
- Name of the Government Body issuing the document
Relevant Information
When submitting documentation, only show the information relevant to your issue, such as first/last name, address, date of birth, etc. For example, if you are submitting a Birth Certificate in the case of a parent/child account transfer, we only need the parent's name, child's name, and Date of Birth. The other information MUST be physically covered.

How Documents are Used
We’ll never use your document for anything other than verifying account ownership and/or change of personal data. We delete the copy you send us once the ticket is resolved.
How to Send Documentation
When you submit a ticket, click the Choose File button or Attach a File link to upload your picture.
