- My game is stuck at resuming a previous game
- I am stuck at this error message: “You were disconnected from your last game. Reconnecting...”
- I am getting the error message: HS:NGRESULT DBERROR 303:0
If you see the message "You were disconnected from your last game. Reconnecting..." please do not close Hearthstone. Wait until the message changes.
The message will change to "Unable to reconnect to your game" if Hearthstone cannot successfully reconnect you to your last game. You can dismiss this message and start a new game.
If the message does not change and it does not reconnect to the last match, please stay logged out of Hearthstone for at least 30 minutes and the system should resolve this error.
