Cancel, Return, or Exchange a Blink Shopping Order
Common Problems
- Want to cancel a Blink Shopping order, I won't attend BlizzCon and can't pick it.
- Made a Blink purchase at the Gear Store, picked it at BlizzCon, but I want to return it.
Blizzard Customer Support cannot assist with cancellations, returns, or exchanges of Blink Shopping orders.
Cancellations
To cancel a Blink Shopping order, simply leave it uncollected. All Blink Shopping orders that have not been collected during BlizzCon are automatically canceled and refunded once the event is over.
Returns and Exchanges
The Gear Store may accept returns and exchanges at the booth in the convention center. Once BlizzCon has finished, it is not possible to return or exchange Blink Shopping orders.
