Can't Log In to the Public Test Realm
Common Problems
- The test realms appear to be down
- I can't access the WoW Classic PTR
- Error: Sorry, you haven't been invited to play this game yet
The Public Test Realm (PTR) is a special service you can use to test game updates before we release them to the public.
If you cannot access the PTR, check first if the PTR is currently running. When we start a PTR test, we'll announce it on the game's website. We can turn the PTR on and off at any time, without notice. If the PTR is currently offline, you will not be able to log into the PTR. Please follow any updates on the game's official PTR forum, only in English (World of Warcraft—Diablo III—Overwatch—StarCraft II—Heroes of the Storm—Hearthstone—Warcraft III).
To access the PTR and post in the PTR forums, you must have a standard game account. For World of Warcraft, your account must also have game-time.
Customer Support doesn't have information about when the PTR may be turned on.
