Common Problems
Paid service shows as complete but character not on the new realm or the old one.You may need to refresh your character list for newly transferred characters to appear on your character select screen.
- Select the realm you transferred your character to.
- Create a new level one character on that realm and log in.
- Delete the newly-created level one character.
- Exit the game and delete your Battle.net Cache folder.
If your character is still missing when you log back in, contact us.
