Common Problems
- Cannot click on the blue button "PLAY"
- The Play button is gray and, cannot launch the game
The Play button will be grey if:
- The game is on maintenance
- The app is downloading a game update. Wait until the download is complete
- Your Battle.net app requires an update. Close the app and restart it
- You don't own the game. Make sure you are logged in with the correct Blizzard account
If none of the above helps, try:
- Delete the Battle.net files
- Change your Battle.net account password
- Uninstall and reinstall the Battle.net App. This action will not uninstall any of your games
