Common Problems

  • I already have Diablo II: Resurrected and can't buy another copy, it says I already own this product.
  • When I try to buy Diablo II: Resurrected I receive the message "Good news! You already own this product".

Each Battle.net Account can only have one Diablo II: Resurrected license. If you already have Diablo II: Resurrected in your Battle.net Account, the Shop will not let you buy another copy for yourself. Instead, you can buy additional copies as gifts for other Battle.net Accounts on your friends list.

When selecting the gift option, you'll be asked to select the desired account's BattleTag. There is no way to gift this game to an email address; you must choose the specific account to which you wish to send the gift.

Once the purchase is completed, we’ll send the gift directly to your friend’s Battle.net App. Your friend can claim the gift on the Battle.net app or by logging to My Gifts.

To gift something to a BattleTag friend, you must have been friends for at least three days.
