Common Problems
- I can't see my characters in the character list
- One of my characters has disappeared
If you came back to Diablo II and your characters are missing, check the following:
- Make sure you are logging in with the correct account
- Make sure you are logging in to the correct region
- Create a new character and delete it on the account to refresh the character list
If you accidentally deleted a character, or your character expired due to inactivity, you will need to create a new character and start over. Customer Support cannot restore Diablo II characters.
